BlueLine Travel SH.P.K is the owner and operator of www.blueline.agency online reservation systems. BlueLine Travel SH.P.K is a registered Albanian travel company, which offers a vast range of tourism and related services. Through our above named website we act as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our visitors with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. We do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate. From now on the term “BlueLine Travel SH.P.K ”, “Website” and “we” will be used to collectively identify BlueLine Travel SH.P.K and its websites www.blueline.agency while the phrases “Guest” or “Client” will collectively refer to entities making use of these websites to complete a hotel or other service reservation.
2.Hotel Information, Rating & Client Complaints
The Hotel is responsible for ensuring that the Hotel Information (i.e. description, photos etc) included on the website www.blueline.agency is correct and up-to-date at all times. Finding ourselves only with a handful of officially rated hotels we have been forced to include also non rated hotels in our website. Rating has been decided by the owners or management of these hotels in consultation with us. We have inspected each of the hotels physically and the findings have been made known to the hoteliers to influence them in giving their properties as objective rating as possible. However Online rating should only be considered a guideline to help you, in making a more informed choice. As a double measure we have also included guest ratings to encourage travellers to help each other and also be as unbiased as possible about hotel ratings. BlueLine Travel SH.P.K shall not be held responsible in respect of any claim made by any third party relating to any erroneous Hotel Information and/or descriptions and/or photos or any other claims related to services provided by the hotel including possible discrepancies between the actual rating of a hotel and the online rating. Nor do we accept any responsibility for the guest rating section and the comments which appear there.
Complaints made by Guests regarding conditions and services provided by the hotel are to be dealt with by the Hotel directly, without mediation by BlueLine Travel SH.P.K .
3.Reservation or online service agreement
By making a reservation through the Website a direct contract is created between the service provider, (hotel, tour, car rental etc) and the Client (the “online service agreement”). BlueLine Travel SH.P.K acts merely as a medium which makes possible the reservation and payment. The Client is bound to accept the provider as a contractual party, and to accept the online reservation in compliance with the Provider Information contained on the Websites at the time the reservation was made.
4.Payment forms, Fees.
There is not extra fee for online payments at anyone of our website. The price you see is the price you pay in total. To confirm and guarantee a reservation you need to pay a partial amount of the total reservation price. This amount paid varies on the individual agreements we have with different hotels or car rental companies and might be different for each of them. To give you an indication this amount is approximately 30-50% of the total amount of the booking in the majority of cases. The remaining difference from the total reservation amount is then paid at the service provider upon your arrival and obtaining of services. These amounts will show when you make the payment and be reflected in the Booking Reservation document you receive upon completion of payment. The Client agrees that his/her credit/debit card will be charged by PayPal or local albanian bank online app on behalf of BlueLine Travel SH.P.K . There are not any additional or hidden processing fees applied when making a payment in our site. You pay the price you see for the hotel in total but will pay by credit card only the deposit amount requested at the time you book. The rest of the payment is made directly with the hotel or service provider. After paying the deposit you will automatically receive the Booking Reservation document which confirms that the booking has been made. In some specific cases to be determined by BlueLine Travel SH.P.K , the Client will be required to prepay or guarantee the entire booking or pay for it in an alternative manner. If the Client is unable or unwilling to do this, we reserve the right to refuse the reservation service.
5. Cancellation Policy, Claims & Refunds
The Client may cancel or change the prepaid reservation or other service, but this may result in cancellation or reservation change fees, set by the service provider. Furthermore, if the Client does not show up, cancel or change his/her reservation before the cancellation terms set by the hotel or service provider, he will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates for hotels and set charges for other services. In these cases the rest of the reservation will be cancelled automatically and if the penalty applicable is less than the total amount paid by the client, the remaining difference will be refunded by BlueLine Travel SH.P.K. The Client must make a new reservation and payment if he would still like to arrive at the hotel on any remaining or alternative dates. The reservation for the following night will not be valid without prior agreement with BlueLine Travel SH.P.K.
The above cancellation policy will also apply to early interruption of reserved services. For exceptions to this rule we must have a written notice in the form of a letter, e-mail or SMS message from the hotel or service provider, confirming acceptance of the interruption of services from the client without penalty.
It is the Client’s responsibility to check and accept the cancellation policy of the hotel or service provider he reserves as published on the Website.
Any financial claims and compensations will be strictly based on this policy.
For tours, meetings, conferences, events or other services provided by BlueLine Travel SH.P.K except online hotel and car rental reservations, the following cancellation policy will apply:
a. If the reservation is cancelled/amended 30 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then a full refund will be given, minus a 5% fee for credit card transaction charges. If refunded by bank transfer the client will be liable for bank transfer charges.
b. If the reservation is cancelled/amended 30 to 21 days, prior to the arrival date, a 30 % penalty of the total amount paid will apply.
c. If the reservation is cancelled/amended 21 to 7 days, prior to the arrival date, a 50 % penalty of the total amount paid will apply
d. If the reservation is cancelled/amended less then 7 days prior to the arrival date a non-refund will apply.
e. In case of no shows or early interruption of services a strict non-refund rule will apply
The following refund policy will apply to cancellation of services:
If the Client proves that the cancellation or early check out was made in time and according to the hotels cancellation policy we will refund the whole amount paid.
Full credit card refunds without any penalty will apply to any cancellations made according to BlueLine Travel SH.P.K’s and their supplier cancellation policies, if this cancellation is made within 30 days from the date of payment. If this 30 day limit from date of payment has passed, credit card refunds will incur a 5% penalty on the sum to be refunded due to processing fees.
For all other forms of payment, applicable bank or transaction fees will be charged.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance for services provided directly by BlueLine Travel SH.P.K (i.e transfers and daily excursions) except tours , meetings, incentives, events and those provided by suppliers ( i.e hotels, car rental reservations etc.) will be refunded without any penalty in compliance with points b and c above.
BlueLine Travel SH.P.K will make a total refund of its fees and commissions and will negotiate with its suppliers toward a full refund only in cases of proven Force Majore (war, strike, riot, etc) and Acts of God (hurricane, flooding, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc)
7. Currency & Exchange Rates
Prices displayed in the Websites include all local applicable taxes and are in Euro. However through our payment partners we offer the possibility to pay in several other currencies of your choice. The exchange rate of the Euro in your preferred currency is determined by our payment partners.
The information, software, products, and services published on BlueLine Travel SH.P.K owned website www.blueline.agency have been compiled in good faith. However they may contain inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, BlueLine Travel SH.P.K , our linked website partners through whom we provide service do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the hotel, air, car and other travel products displayed on this website (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.), much of which information is provided by the respective suppliers.
In addition, BlueLine Travel SH.P.K expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, we will offer the Client the opportunity to keep his pending reservation at the correct price or, at his option; we will cancel his reservation without penalty.
BlueLine Travel SH.P.K makes no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products, and services contained on this website for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering of any products or services on this website does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by BlueLine Travel SH.P.K. All such information, software, products, and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BlueLine Travel SH.P.K disclaims all warranties and conditions that this website, its servers or any email sent from BlueLine Travel SH.P.K.

The hotels, car rental companies and other suppliers providing travel or other services on this website are independent contractors and not agents or employees of BlueLine Travel SH.P.K. Therefore BlueLine Travel SH.P.K is not liable for any errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers and their employees or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, other damages or expenses resulting there from.
In no event shall BlueLine Travel SH.P.K, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to display of or use of this website, including, but not limited to, your reliance upon opinions appearing on this web site; any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products, and services obtained through this website whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if BlueLine Travel SH.P.K, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If, despite the limitations BlueLine Travel SH.P.K, is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then BlueLine Travel SH.P.K will in no event exceed, in aggregate (1) the amount the Client has paid for one of our services conform the term and conditions presented herein, or (2) Two-Hundred Euro (€200.00). The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties and limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed its essential purpose.
The Client agrees to defend and indemnify BlueLine Travel SH.P.K and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
(1) the Client’s breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;
(2) the Client’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
(3) the Client’s use of this Website.
10.Copyright Protection and Enforcement
BlueLine Travel SH.P.K is an exclusive owner of the general and executable project, and all software applications and content of BlueLine Travel SH.P.K website. The author of all the information at these portals is BlueLine Travel SH.P.K. The contents that are not in possession of BlueLine Travel SH.P.K are identified as such in these terms and conditions and/or websites. Most photographs, are the exclusive ownership of BlueLine Travel SH.P.K. The copyright to all materials on the above-mentioned websites belongs to BlueLine Travel SH.P.K. The user and the visitor of Websites cannot copy or use the information for profitable purposes without the knowledge and written permission of BlueLine Travel SH.P.K. All rights are reserved.
